STClassifieds provides users with a dedicated platform to find, buy and sell a diverse range of products and services. Through myriad advertising avenues (ad listings, microsites, EDMs etc.) and useful links and guides, STClassifieds meets the needs of corporate clients and everyday consumers, sellers and traders.
Posting an ad on STClassifieds is absolutely FREE, with no strings attached! There is no charge if you sell your item on STClassifieds.

For registered users, go to 'My Account'. Under 'Edit Profile', enter your new email address and save changes. A confirmation email will be sent to you. User has to click on the activation link via the email to

- Include more than one image – this will increase your chance of getting several replies.
- Make it convenient and easy for your buyers to pick up the item. Let them know and provide details with your email, item location and when you are available.
- Include as many relevant tags in your Ad as possible to allow it to be found in search engines.
- Lastly, share your Ad link on STClassifieds to your friends on Facebook and Twitter! The greater number of users using STClassifieds, the more responses you'll receive!

No, you do not need to register to post an Ad. Posting an Ad is FREE. Follow the instructions below to post your FREE ad today!
At the homepage, click on the red tab on the right named "Place Ad" and we will guide you through the steps of placing your Ad.
On the Place Ad page, scroll down and post your pictures/photos under the 'Photo' section. Click "Browse" and search for your pictures. Add a description if necessary. Click "Upload Photo" to complete the process.
Only GIF, JPEG and PNG files of up to 2 MB are accepted. If you are still unable to upload, please refresh the page and try again as the server may be busy.
A few simple tips to increase your chance of getting good responses:
To stand out from the crowd, this feature allows you to highlight your ad and gain visibility on the browse and search pages. Highlighting an Ad does not move your Ad to the top of the search or category page. You
can purchase a 'Bump Up' feature to showcase your Ad at the top of a page.

- Avoid using words that have more than one meaning or can apply across all categories. Eg, "model" can refer to a car model, clay model or model as a profession.

- We do not accept ads selling body parts/bodily fluids, adoption or surrogacy anywhere on the site
- Weapons and related items (including, but not limited to firearms, firearm parts and magazines, ammunition, paintball guns, BB and pellet guns, tear gas, tasers, stun guns, switchblade knives, and martial arts weapons)
STClassifieds does not permit the use of HTML or JavaScript functions in ad postings as some of these functions can be misused for malicious purposes.

There is no limit to the number of Ads you can post per day; however our security system will track, delete and block duplicate Ads, spamming Ads or Ads that do not qualify under our Policies.

For registered user, simply go to your account under 'Manage Ads' to edit or delete your Ad. If you are not a registered user, find your "Posting Confirmation" email from STClassifieds that you had received when
you post your Ad. Click on the links in the email to edit or delete your Ad. If you have deleted or lost this email, you may send an email to customercare@stclassifieds.sg to let us know.
STClassifieds will take actions against Ads that go against our Policies. Check that the title and description of your Ad doesn'make sure to include the Ad Title, sellert contain explicit language. These tips can help you obtain better search results:
If you received any suspicious emails from STClassifieds users, please contact us immediately. Please read our ' Securing Your Account and Reporting Account Theft' on how to better protect and secure your Account.
STClassifieds will not permit the following items to be posted:

- My transaction has gone bad and I have been defrauded, what should I do?
- Does STClassifieds offer any type of mediation between sellers and buyers?
You can contact the seller of an Ad by clicking on the 'Email Seller' or 'Call Seller' on their Ad page. The seller will receive your emailed message and will response to you directly.
Ads will be screened automatically for vulgar and offensive keywords and to prevent duplicate ads and spam. All ads require prior approval from our operations team before they are published according to our advertising policies. However, we are unable to verify the legitimacy of the buyer and seller in the vetting process and users must exercise caution when making payments. If you see ads that are suspicious, please click the "Report Abuse" option on the listing or contact us immediately at customercare@stclassifieds.sg. Please be sure to include the ad title, seller contact details and URL.
There are thousands of Ads posted each day on STClassifieds, the 'Report Abuse' links will enable STClassifieds users who visit the site daily to identify Ads that should not be on the site. Once there is a report made, STClassifieds will act immediately to remove it. An Ad can be reported as Spam, miscategorised, offensive, no longer current or illegal. STClassifieds strives to give users the best online selling and buying experience.
If you have been cheated by a fraudulent Ad on the site, or your transaction has gone bad, please contact us. In the event of any fraud or illegal activities, report the incident to your local police.
STClassifieds is a local platform to connect buyers and sellers. We do not offer any types of verification between sellers or buyers. Buying & Selling - Top Tips For Staying Safe |
Buyer should always receive payment before sending out an item. Never provide your personal or banking information (e.g. credit card number) to others over the Internet. If you suspect anyone or any ad of attempted fraud, or spot activities by community members that go against our policies, report the issue to STClassifieds immediately.
